Troy 7 currently supports the Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance Directorate of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA/QS) by providing quality engineers to support the Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Program Office. Troy 7 quality engineers oversee TC activities in the areas of quality and mission assurance (QA) for the Lance and ARAV-C programs.
Troy 7, Inc. has tracked and recorded procedures and designs, and has written several documents for the ARAV-C program. The environmental test specifications and the Mission Assurance Plan (MAP) were both produced by Troy 7 for the ARAV-C vehicle. The environmental test specification included the Acceptance and Qualification tests for components and systems. The tests included Shock, Vibration, Thermal Cycling, and Thermal Vacuum, among others, and were based off of the proposed MIL-STD-1540-E. A draft version of the ARAV-C MAP was written and delivered to the program.
